All prints are made to order to the highest standards. In the rare event of a defective product, please contact us within 7 days. The return address will be provided with your delivery, and we will arrange a reprint at no extra cost in line with EU consumer guarantees as long as the damage a production error or postal damage.

All prints are sold unframed. Any representation of a framed image is for website design purposes only. Depending on the file format, some prints may include a border or an edge bleed, this is to ensure the best fit of the image on the paper size ordered. The preview displayed at the time of ordering will reflect these variations.

Complete product satisfaction and quality we recommend not handling the prints with your bare hands, as moisture from your fingers will damage the print surface, where possible use cotton gloves or even a clean pair of socks.

Please note: prints are produced by the fulfilment centre globally your print will be created from nearest to your delivery address. Each centre includes its own return address on the internally packed delivery infomation. Retain all enclosed documentation in case an issue arises.air of socks.
