Your 14 day right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK, EU or EEA, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your print. You do not need to give a reason.

To cancel, use the Cancel an order link in the footer of this site, or email us at orders@dlpstudio101.com. We will email you to confirm we have received your cancellation.

Every print is made to order, so we hold your order for 14 days before it goes to print. In most cases nothing has been produced yet, and your refund is simple. If you cancel in time we refund you in full, including standard delivery. If your print has already been delivered, please return it unused and in its original condition. Return postage is yours unless the print was faulty.

Faulty or damaged prints – your two year guarantee

This product is made for adults. It comes with a two year guarantee: in the EEA under Directive (EU) 2019/771, and in the UK under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All prints are made to order to the highest standards. In the rare event of a defective print, contact us within 7 days. The return address is supplied with your delivery, and we will arrange a reprint at no extra cost, as long as the print is returned and the fault is a production error or postal damage.

Product safety (GPSR)

In compliance with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), Oak inc. and SINDEN VENTURES LIMITED ensure that all consumer products offered are safe and meet EU standards. About your print

All prints are sold unframed. Any image shown framed is for website design purposes only. Depending on the file format, some prints may include a border or an edge bleed to ensure the best fit on the paper size ordered. The preview shown when you order will reflect this.

The paper used:

• Paper thickness: 0.26 mm (10.3 mil) • Paper weight: 189 g/m² (5.57 oz/y²) • Opacity: 94%
• ISO brightness: 104% • Giclée printing quality • 21 × 30 cm posters are size A4
• Blank product sourced from Japan.

For the best result, please don’t handle prints with bare hands. Moisture from your fingers can damage the surface. Where possible use cotton gloves, or even a clean pair of socks.

Please note: prints are produced by the fulfilment centre, created at the centre nearest to your delivery address.
