Please note that our print store uses third-party fulfilment centres worldwide. Orders are sent to the nearest centre for production. If this centre is outside your country, additional import duties or taxes may apply, depending on your government’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Options

Defective Prints and Returns

All prints are made to order with the highest standards. In the rare event of a defective product, please contact us within 7 days. The return address will be provided with your delivery, and we will arrange a reprint at no extra cost in line with EU consumer guarantees.

Please note: prints are produced by the fulfilment centre nearest your address. Each centre includes its own return address. Retain all enclosed documentation in case an issue arises.

Product Information

Depending on your chosen format, your final print may have a black or white border. Always handle prints carefully, using cotton gloves or a clean cloth, to avoid damage.
Please note all orders are printed to order, no prints are sent from preprinted stock.
